Monica Garcia Fisica Catolica Valparaiso

Biography

Received B.S. degree in Physics from Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), Venezuela, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree in Physics from Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas, Venezuela, in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, she was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Universidad de Chile. In 2013, she joined as a young researcher in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV), Chile.

Since 2016, she works as Assistant Professor at PUCV, Valparaíso, Chile. Her research interests include chaotic dynamics, pattern formation and dynamics of localized structures.
